消基會申訴內容：

8月3日於PChome網路家庭購買華碩手提電腦〈機器型號﹕F50Gx〉，8月9~11日發現：手提電腦螢幕出現閃爍及紋路，上網查詢華碩維修服務資訊，8月13日送至華碩皇家俱樂部師大維修中心，因PChome網路家庭聲明購買七日後即超過鑑賞期，並不提供換退貨服務，因此將華碩手提電腦送至華碩維修中心進行修復。

8月25日電至華碩維修中心，維修人員告知維修完成可前往取貨，於是當晚前往取貨，但是，8月25~26日拿回家使用後，仍發現手提電腦螢幕出現水波紋故障問題，於隔日8月27日再次送至華碩皇家俱樂部師大維修中心。

8月27日於華碩皇家俱樂部師大維修中心辦理維修手續時，詢問維修人員此新商品有瑕疵是否可以換貨，維修人員回覆換貨必須跟華碩客服中心聯繫，華碩維修中心僅提供維修服務。因此電話詢問華碩客服中心，華碩客服小姐回覆此商品於PChome網路家庭購買，換貨服務得洽詢PChome網路家庭。因此又電話詢問PChome網路家庭客服小姐，PChome客服小姐回覆此商品已是購買七日後即超過鑑賞期，並不提供換退貨服務，且因PChome網路家庭無專業檢測人員，需華碩電腦提供商品瑕疵證明方能聯繫經銷商換貨。

9月1日電至華碩聯維修中心，維修人員告知仍未修復，因LCD Panel欠料，故障問題待檢驗確認。電話中提及先前與PChome網路家庭客服小姐連繫狀況，將需要華碩提供商品瑕疵證明一事告知，並於當晚前往聯維修中心取貨，維修人員提供一檢修記錄單：記載螢幕確實發現產生橫紋及水波。

9月2日將華碩維修中心所提供文件快遞給PChome網路家庭客服中心，客服小姐先與華碩電腦客服中心聯繫手提電腦故障事宜，再電話連繫本人，並告知我手提電腦的故障部分，華碩尚未完成維修，所提供的文件並未註明是商品瑕疵，因此PChome網路家庭無法提供換貨服務。之後，我電話詢問華碩客服中心，客服小姐回覆：華碩僅提供維修服務，換貨必須找PChome網路家庭，而商品瑕疵證明無法開立，因為華碩僅提供維修服務！

這台華碩手提電腦於8月3日購買，使用不超過10天便發生故障問題，明明就是一台新商品卻必須維修，華碩不承認是商品瑕疵，但維修紀錄單清清楚楚記載商品有橫紋及水波，第一次送修耗時將近二星期，第二次送修居然修都還沒修。

這期間連繫了三個地方：華碩客服中心，PChome網路家庭客服中心，華碩維修中心，這是一台新購買的手提電腦，不超過十天即故障，三方卻推來推去，一個月的時間過去，花了錢卻沒正常的商品可使用，還必須抽空往返送修手提電腦，電話聯繫三方，得到的答案是不換貨的堅持，然而維修服務卻是修不好，甚至慢半拍的連修都還沒修的服務。

Don't compare your life with others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about. thinks there's nothing to do with fair or unfair, but about whaT's in MInd. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

 

Forgive everyone for everything ~ that is real Happiness!! Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does. What other people think of you is none of your business. thaT's coz you're JUSt you, unique!!

 

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
